The kit follows the order a fiber lead tech writes it on a clipboard — scope and project on day one, cable and route on pull day, splice locations when the closure goes together, and the OTDR test + acceptance block when the GC signs the lid back on. Launch reel, receive reel, conduit ID, handhole ID, pole ID, footage, slack on both ends. SMF or MMF, fiber count, jacket rating. The fields an inspector asks about when they open the lid, not the language a template aggregator writes for an office install.
